My college journey in Christ

My B.ED journey In Christ University.

CHRIST, is a deemed to be university in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Founded in 1969 as an autonomous college, on 22 July 2008 it was declared as an institution deemed to be university under section 3 of UGC Act 1956 by the Ministry of Education.

I am currently pursuing B.ED from Christ University (Main Campus). My Experience is that I am yet to see the campus since only online classes are going on. The post is solely based on the experience of online classes.

In Christ University, their is altogether a different environment to learn. Here the professors are not only a great mentor but a coach for all the students. Peers are also important part in our day to day classes. We work together with our peers for CAS , Assignments etc.  Peers are  from different regions and backgrounds helped me to explore the diversity of Indian culture.

The university abides by certain rules and regulation which are strict but though it helps students to learn the importance of discipline which will be carried by them in there future.

So I would like to say First, the good parts:
  • Teachers here are really good. Each of them are really kind and considerate. They teach well and are willing to listen to different point of views. That’s a quality that’s humanities subject teachers should absolutely have.
  • Course structure is good enough and legit.
  • My classmates too are great and very knowledgeable. They are from different parts of India. We used to help each other in knowledge sharing.
  • Lots of extra-curricular activities.
  • Amazing seniors who are more than willing to help.
  • Loads of assignments are there, but they do help to revise the content.
  • Students have good opportunities for higher studies abroad.
  • In general, it seems like a good place for Humanities disciplines.
Now coming to the negatives:
  • Loads of assignments are there, but they do help to revise the content.
  • Very less amount of holidays.
  • 85% attendance is minimum here. It’s best if you maintain more than 95% attendance. Attendance here carries marks and hence it is must obtain 95% attendance to gain better academic score
Classes start early morning. We have assignments to complete on time, many extra-curricular activities goes on simultaneously. The university campus will always be full with stalls of one or the other departmental fest. In short, we learn here how to do multi-task and manage our time.

Brief description of the blog site is:

The importance of blog descriptions may not seem important to you now.

When users come across your brand in the SERPs, the first thing they come across is the description. Next to the title, it is the one that makes make or break decision.

There are two types of descriptions for a blog.

  1. Blog description: A description of your whole blog visible under your blog’s homepage link.
  2. Blog post description: A description of what your blog post is about that is different for your each and every blog post.
